Is a hardwood which is finished at the factory. It is finished with a much more durable finish than a unfinished wood. The factory will give it a superior finish that will include an non yellowing , ant microbial agent for spills, and will be able to be installed and walked on the same day Allowing less mess and less time to do project. Keep in mind that even though this is a factory finished floor it can be re- finished in the future if needed.
