As you may recall we came to you in a bit of a panic after the hardwood we purchased from Home Depot turned out to be deficient, and even Home Depot's own installers would not install it. We coordinated with Jack to purchase the Mercier Satin finish hardwood which Gregg installed earlier this week. After much research, we decided to hire Nino Marte Hardwood Flooring to remove and replace the hardwood floors in our home. The company came highly recommended by some clients and associates and after meeting with Nino for the initial consultation, I knew we were in good hands. During the job the crew were professional, hard working and went above and beyond for the installation. Being that we live in an older home, they hit a few snags during the process, but immediately provided us with solutions and took care of things for us. Where do I begin to thank you and extol your fine work? My new hardwood floors are GORGEOUS!!! This note is simply to reiterate our satisfaction with the hardwood flooring your crews installed. While your price was almost identical to another quote we rec’d from an equally highly recommended dealer we chose yours because of your willingness to fortify the basement beams.

As you know we bought the full package: carpet removal and disposal, Furniture moving, installation of floors and quarter round. You hire excellent crews. Both the movers and floor team were most friendly, prompt and skilled. The floor installers took pride in their work, carefully ensuring that planks ran straight between the two rooms and hall. They did a thorough tidying of both the rooms in which they worked, the garage where they cut and even the storage. Likewise the two movers arrived as scheduled and gave excellent service. They even took the time to ‘Jimmy’ and existing bookcase lest it be toppled by a grandchild.

We would like to take a moment and say a big THANK YOU to you for all the small mats that have been brought in to our facility.

The floors in our facility can get very cold in the winter, and even in the summer with the air condition on, and the mats have made such a big difference to our children (ages 0-12). They have been using them every single week and it is helping them stay warm and comfortable during our programs.

It’s been over a month now and we are settling into our “new floors.” I just wanted to write to you to tell you how happy we are with the work you have done. It was exceptional in terms of its technical and aesthetic qualities, which quite frankly, is what I would expect from a professional such as yourself.

However, what exceeded our expectations was the way you handled some of the “glitches” in the process. Everything was on schedule and your installer was very professional, friendly and probably the best installer of tile and hardwood I have ever seen.
